Yes — several septic companies serving London, including Yoder's Excavation, provide 24/7 emergency service for overflows, backups, and system failures, including weekends and holidays.

For most homes in London, septic tanks should be pumped every 3–5 years. Factors like household size, tank capacity, and water usage can shorten or extend this interval. Yoder's Excavation can recommend a schedule for your tank.

A professional septic inspection typically involves locating and opening the tank, checking the inlet and outlet baffles, measuring sludge and scum layers, and inspecting the distribution box and drain field. The inspector will provide a written report and recommendations. Yoder's Excavation can walk you through the process.

Common signs include slow drains throughout the house, gurgling sounds in pipes, sewage odors indoors or outdoors, wet or unusually green patches over the drain field, and sewage backup in toilets or drains. If you notice any of these, contact Yoder's Excavation promptly.
