By accessing or using SepticTankHub (septictankhub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Unchain Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operating as SepticTankHub. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the site.

SepticTankHub is a product of Unchain Labs LLC. It is a free online directory that connects homeowners with septic service providers across the United States. We are an information platform — we aggregate, organize, and present business data to help homeowners find and compare local septic companies. We are not a septic service provider, contractor, or licensed professional. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any septic services.

a. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms (contact forms, quote requests, or any other data submission).

b. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized data collection.

c. You agree not to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the site without our written permission.

d. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including introducing viruses, overloading servers, or attempting unauthorized access.

a. Companies are listed on SepticTankHub based on publicly available business data, primarily sourced from Google Business Profiles and company websites.

b. Business owners can claim their free listing to verify and update their business information at no cost.

c. Featured Listings are a paid subscription service that provides enhanced visibility and profile features. Featured Listing subscriptions are governed by separate subscription terms provided at the time of purchase.

d. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that contains inaccurate information, violates our policies, or represents a business that is no longer operating.

Listing a company on SepticTankHub does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that company's services, qualifications, or reliability. We provide data sourced from publicly available information and customer reviews. Users should independently verify a company's credentials, licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring them for any septic service. Always check with your state or county licensing board to confirm a company is properly licensed.

a. When you submit a quote request through SepticTankHub, your information (name, email, phone, service type, location) is shared with one or more relevant septic service companies in your area.

b. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any service provided by companies that receive your quote request.

c. By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by septic service companies regarding your service needs.

a. We strive for accuracy in all business listings, but information may become outdated between our data refresh cycles. Business hours, phone numbers, service offerings, and other details may change without our immediate knowledge.

b. Customer ratings displayed on SepticTankHub are sourced from Google Reviews. We do not generate, modify, or remove these ratings. They reflect the opinions of Google users.

c. Cost estimates and pricing information on our site are based on research and industry averages. Actual prices will vary based on your specific situation, location, and the company you hire.

All content on SepticTankHub — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layouts, and the underlying database — is the property of Unchain Labs LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unchain Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of SepticTankHub, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING OR JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS SPECIFIED BELOW OR UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT.

10.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

You and we each agree that any and all disputes or claims that relate to or arise from your use of or access to our services, or any products or services sold, offered, or purchased through our services, including any contact from our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, lead distribution network partners (including but not limited to Aragon Advertising LLC and its clients), or any matched service provider, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration between us and you, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement to Arbitrate.

10.2 Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief

You and we agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding, including but not limited to actions under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 et seq. Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief, including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief, only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief necessitated by that party's individual claim(s). Any relief awarded cannot affect our other users.

10.3 Arbitration Procedures

The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Agreement to Arbitrate, any part of it, or of this Agreement, including any claim that all or any part of this Agreement is void or voidable.

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its rules and procedures, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (as applicable), as modified by this Agreement to Arbitrate. The AAA's rules and a form for initiating arbitration proceedings are available at http://www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be held in the county in which you reside or at another mutually agreed location. If the value of the relief sought is $10,000 or less, you or we may elect to have the arbitration conducted by telephone or based solely on written submissions, which election shall be binding on you and us subject to the arbitrator's discretion to require an in-person hearing if circumstances warrant.

The arbitrator will decide the substance of all claims in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming (consistent with our LLC registration), including recognized principles of equity, and will honor all claims of privilege recognized by law. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10.4 Costs of Arbitration

Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement to Arbitrate. If the value of the relief sought is $10,000 or less, at your request, we will pay all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees associated with the arbitration. If the value of the relief sought is more than $10,000 and you can demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, we will pay as much of the filing, administration, and arbitrator fees as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. In the event the arbitrator determines the claim(s) you assert in the arbitration to be frivolous, you agree to reimburse us for all fees associated with the arbitration paid by us on your behalf.

10.5 Confidentiality

The arbitration proceedings and arbitration award shall be maintained by the parties as strictly confidential, except as is otherwise required by court order or as is necessary to confirm, vacate, or enforce the award and for disclosure in confidence to the parties' respective attorneys, tax advisors, and senior management, and to family members of a party who is an individual.

10.6 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this Agreement to Arbitrate within 30 days of first accepting these Terms of Service by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to [email protected] with "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" in the subject line. Your notice must include your name, the email address you used when accepting these Terms, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the Arbitration Agreement.

10.7 Third-Party Beneficiaries

You acknowledge and agree that our lead distribution network partners (including Aragon Advertising LLC and its clients) and matched service providers are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Section 10 and may enforce its terms.

10.8 Severability

Except for the provisions in Section 10.2 ("Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief"), if an arbitrator or court decides that any part of this Section 10 is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of this Section 10 shall still apply. If an arbitrator or court decides that any of the provisions in Section 10.2 is invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Section 10 shall be null and void.

10.9 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will respond within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 60 days of your initial contact, either party may initiate arbitration as described above.

10.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, consistent with our LLC registration, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SepticTankHub at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the site, or is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to remove any business listing that violates our policies, contains fraudulent information, or represents a business that is no longer operating.

a. What we sell. SepticTankHub offers paid digital products — including but not limited to The DIY Septic Blueprint and The Septic Business Blueprint, together with any accompanying downloadable calculators, templates, worksheets, and guides (collectively, "Digital Products"). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

b. Delivery. Digital Products are delivered electronically. A download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, ordinarily within minutes of a successful payment. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring you can receive our email (including checking spam or promotions folders). If your links do not arrive, contact [email protected] and we will resend them.

c. License and permitted use. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Products for your own personal use or for the use of a single business you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, republish, post publicly, or create derivative works from the Digital Products, in whole or in part. All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Unchain Labs LLC (see Section 8).

d. Educational purpose; no professional advice. Digital Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, engineering, licensing, or other professional advice. Starting or operating a septic business, and installing or servicing a septic system, are regulated activities. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing, permitting, environmental (including EPA and state biosolids / 40 CFR Part 503 rules), and code requirements. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome; results depend on many factors outside our control.

e. 60-day money-back guarantee. We stand behind our Digital Products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Any complimentary bonus materials included with your purchase are yours to keep. This refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with a Digital Product.

f. Optional add-on services. Certain offers include optional add-on services (for example, a "done-for-you" website build). Such services are fulfilled separately, and we will contact you at the email you provide to begin. Where you request a service and we have substantially performed or delivered it, the refund for that service component may be reduced or unavailable to reflect the work completed; the guarantee in paragraph (e) continues to apply to the Digital Product itself.

g. Pricing. Prices are displayed at checkout in U.S. dollars and are charged as a one-time payment unless stated otherwise. Promotional or launch pricing may be time-limited. The price shown to you when you complete your purchase is the price that applies.

h. Chargebacks. Because our guarantee makes refunds simple, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to request a refund is a breach of these Terms; we reserve the right to submit evidence to contest fraudulent chargebacks and to revoke your license to the Digital Products.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SepticTankHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the site.
