What You Consent To
When you submit a quote request form on SepticTankHub, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive the following:
- Phone calls, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) and calls that deliver prerecorded or artificial voice messages
- SMS text messages, including automated text messages
Who May Contact You
These calls and texts will come from:
- SepticTankHub (Unchain Labs LLC)
- Septic service companies matched to your request
- Lead distribution network partners and their clients
Calls and texts may be made even if your number is registered on the federal Do Not Call list or any state Do Not Call list.
Your Rights
a. Consent is not a condition of using this site or obtaining any service.
b. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with "REVOKE CONSENT" in the subject line. We will process revocation requests within 10 business days.
c. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
d. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Consent Records
We retain records of your consent — including timestamp, IP address, user agent, the page URL where consent was given, and the exact version of the consent text you agreed to — for 48 months from the date of submission, in compliance with TCPA record-keeping requirements and the requirements of our lead distribution network partners.
