1. Services
We provide marketing and communication services to septic service businesses: professional websites, AI call answering and booking, advertising management, and appointment generation ("Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and any performance guarantees are defined per plan on our offers page and, for 90-day programs, in your signed Growth Plan agreement.
2. Billing, cancellation, refunds
Monthly plans bill in advance via Stripe and may be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; there are no long-term contracts on monthly plans. Setup fees fund onboarding work. The Pro Website ($497 setup) carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first monthly fee; the setup fee is refundable until your first design preview is delivered. 90-day program fees are invoiced 50% at signature and 50% at day 45. Founding-member deposits ($97) are refundable on request any time before your service goes live.
3. Advertising budgets
Ad budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform (Meta) on your own ad account, billed by the platform. We never collect, hold, or mark up your ad spend. Campaigns run from your ad account with our team granted partner access; the account, its history, and its data remain yours.
4. Performance guarantees
Where a plan states a guaranteed number of leads or booked appointments, the guarantee, its counting rules, the required ad budget, and both parties' obligations are defined in your signed Growth Plan. If the target is not reached in the program period and you have met your obligations (funding the stated ad budget, keeping calendar availability, and responding to booked appointments), we continue working at no further service fee until the target is reached, per the Growth Plan's terms.
5. Your website and content
You own your domain name and all business content (text, photos, reviews, logos) at all times. Website design and code we build are licensed to you while your subscription is active. If you cancel, on request within 30 days we will provide a static export of your site and cooperate with a domain transfer within 14 days.
6. Calls, recordings and data
AI answering services record and transcribe calls on your behalf for quality and delivery of the Services; recordings are announced to callers where required. We process this data as your service provider, share it only with the platforms used to deliver the Services (e.g. our CRM and telephony providers), and delete it on request after termination. You are responsible for lawful use of lead data we deliver to you.
7. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the service fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, telephony carriers) or on your handling of appointments and leads.
