SepticTankHub is a product of Unchain Labs LLC. It is a free online directory that connects homeowners with septic service providers across the United States. We are an information platform — we aggregate, organize, and present business data to help homeowners find and compare local septic companies. We are not a septic service provider, contractor, or licensed professional. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any septic services.

a. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms (contact forms, quote requests, or any other data submission).

b. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized data collection.

c. You agree not to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the site without our written permission.

d. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including introducing viruses, overloading servers, or attempting unauthorized access.

a. Companies are listed on SepticTankHub based on publicly available business data, primarily sourced from Google Business Profiles and company websites.

b. Business owners can claim their free listing to verify and update their business information at no cost.

c. Featured Listings are a paid subscription service that provides enhanced visibility and profile features. Featured Listing subscriptions are governed by separate subscription terms provided at the time of purchase.

d. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that contains inaccurate information, violates our policies, or represents a business that is no longer operating.

Listing a company on SepticTankHub does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that company's services, qualifications, or reliability. We provide data sourced from publicly available information and customer reviews. Users should independently verify a company's credentials, licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring them for any septic service. Always check with your state or county licensing board to confirm a company is properly licensed.

a. When you submit a quote request through SepticTankHub, your information (name, email, phone, service type, location) is shared with one or more relevant septic service companies in your area.

b. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any service provided by companies that receive your quote request.

c. By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by septic service companies regarding your service needs.

a. We strive for accuracy in all business listings, but information may become outdated between our data refresh cycles. Business hours, phone numbers, service offerings, and other details may change without our immediate knowledge.

b. Customer ratings displayed on SepticTankHub are sourced from Google Reviews. We do not generate, modify, or remove these ratings. They reflect the opinions of Google users.

c. Cost estimates and pricing information on our site are based on research and industry averages. Actual prices will vary based on your specific situation, location, and the company you hire.

All content on SepticTankHub — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layouts, and the underlying database — is the property of Unchain Labs LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unchain Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of SepticTankHub, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.

a. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, consistent with our LLC registration.

b. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SepticTankHub shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. Contact us at hello@septictankhub.com to initiate a discussion.

c. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SepticTankHub at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the site, or is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to remove any business listing that violates our policies, contains fraudulent information, or represents a business that is no longer operating.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SepticTankHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the site.
