a. To connect homeowners with septic service companies — when you submit a quote request, we share your information with relevant companies in your area so they can contact you.

b. To respond to contact form submissions and provide customer support.

c. To improve the directory's content, user experience, and search functionality through analytics.

d. To send communications if you opt in to future newsletters or service updates.

e. To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of our services.

When you submit a quote request form on SepticTankHub, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages related to your service request. This may include quote confirmations, follow-up communications, and service-related updates.

a. Consent: By submitting a quote request form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from SepticTankHub and/or our service partner companies at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

b. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request. You may receive 1–5 messages per quote request.

c. Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

d. Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at hello@septictankhub.com.

e. Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SepticTankHub is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

f. Carriers: SMS services are supported on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

a. We share lead form submissions (name, email, phone, service needed, location) with relevant septic service companies in the user's area. This is the core function of our quote request service.

b. We do NOT sell personal information to data brokers, marketing companies, or any third parties unrelated to your service request.

c. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and reporting purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

d. We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SepticTankHub, our users, or the public.

a. Lead form data (quote requests) is retained for 24 months from the date of submission.

b. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.

c. Analytics and usage data is retained for 36 months in aggregated form.

d. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@septictankhub.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

SepticTankHub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
